To Utah and back

Salt Lake City
Sit back with your coffee...you are in for a LONG ONE........we just had such a ball in this charming, small, personable city.
We stayed at a marvelous Bed and Breakfast called Castle Creek under the scenic backdrop of the Rocky Mountains.
Carlisle met new friends everywhere she went.
She was constantly blowing kisses or shouting "Hi" at people. She's so incredible.

Carlisle, suffering with her father when the Red Socks lost. More empathy and pain.
Sunday at Hogle Zoo!
The baby Alligators

Her first Push-Up...SHE LOVED IT.

Loved this shot, felt strangely familiar, like two tall sisters!

Monday
aka

CARLISLE PLAY DAY

We began the marathon-play-day with a 10:00am playtime at Little Gym.
It is tragic that we don't have one in Florence, she and I ADORED it.

Then we were off to 11:15am Gymboree for Music class.
(No pictures, my hands were full of instruments!)

Picked up Da Da and the real fun began!

She had to get in on the action! Loud music, squeeling kids, squirting giesers of water!!!
Deciding whether to go in for ROUND 2.

She gets squirted in the FACE!
Her fathers reaction!

Le-Le, We put on tons of sunscreen!

Rolling through town with my Peeps.

Discovery Gateway,
the most fantastic childrens museum.

Everything was pint size...just perfect for Carlisle.
She is becoming SO independent.
She played Police Girl...
Rode a horse...
Gardened...(and tasted some of the veggies...they weren't real, kinda gross)
Boated...
Explored a very cool Beaver Dam....
Hung in a tree house with her new pals.

She even picked flowers....Self portrait. This does no justice to how truly exhausted we were. TUESDAY...
Shopping with her Daddy is always fun! I was in the cutest boutique ever, trying on a top. Unbeknownst to me, Brian and Carlisle were trying out their own items!

Brian loses it while entertaining Carlisle in the Banana Republic.

Another day in the Gateway fountains, this time, she's naked!
After dinner, she literally layed her head down on the table.
This tired baby was ready to go home....

We had a blast in Salt Lake!

I love the 2 giraffes together. Yes, they did remind me of 2 tall sisters. I missed ya at the gym. I would ask for lunch but you seem way booked. Drop me a line when you get a chance.
