Because you asked!

(Francis, sorry this took so long!)
Jennie's crazy-healthy and yum yum
'Green Pepper Turkey'
Step 1: Brown 1 lb turkey meat
(be sure to chop into small pieces)
(you could use beef, but the turkey is really good and way healthier!)
Step 2: Add small amount of water and one packet of taco or faieta seasoning (how do you spell faeta?!) to the browned meat.
Step 3: Carefully cut the top off of large green peppers. (set top aside, you will use it.)
Gut the green peppers.
Step 4: Layer
1st - shredded cheese in the bottom of the green pepper.
2nd - Browned and seasoned turkey mixture.
3rd - Shredded cheese on top.
Place the green pepper top back on top.
Step 5: Bake
350 for like 30 minutes.

Brian, the girls and I all love it! It is filling and also high in protein and low in carbs.
It's hot, so for your kids, remove the green pepper lids to cool.
You can serve with salsa, and/or sour cream.
Occasionally, I also do baked cheese.
If you want to make your kids crazy happy...
Put a glass cooking dish in the oven with the bottom covered in cheese
and bake it along with your green peppers.
Let it cool for a few minutes.
Comes out crispy baked cheesy goodness!
Not as healthy.... :)
