We were in NYC for a long weekend....eating bon-bons. Ok not bon-bons, but we ate SUPER ridiculously yummy food and had an incredibly great getaway. There were amazing shows, fantastic stores, the girls were so good, so well behaved, DREAMY. So now it's back to reality. And reality is... a broken dryer...repair man here (again), many trips to the laundry mat, a VERY fussy 2 year-old, (me hiding out in my room to avoid blowing a gasket) and huge bags to unpack, not to mention the norm of dinner, dishes, school to do since we were out for many days last week and on and on.
God's Word is getting me through the day...
'Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things.'

Jennie, I met you the other day at Calvary, you know the nutty one who just burst up and introduced herself to you! I was soooo happy to meet you. Now, why don't you let me help with the girls, the laundry, quiet time for you to do your Bible study or shopping or whatever! I am a great rocker, fill in Grandmother, cleaner, folder and washer of clothes and many other variou and assorted tasks. Jennie, really, I would love to help and it would be my pleasure!
